Jacqie Clark did an excellent job helping my brother-in-law and I find an appropriate assisted living home for my 94-year old uncle, Don. She showed us a variety of homes and price ranges that helped us make our decision to choose Kong's Care Assisted Living in Vista, CA. This has proven to be ideal for us and the choice has helped raise my uncle's spirits. Many thanks for a job well done!

Dixie did a wonderful job. 5 star.

Jenn listened to our needs and showed us communities that matched our criteria. When issues arose with signing on the apartment she advocated for us until we received fair compensation. We were very grateful for her insight and expertise in navigating a process that seemed daunting and overhwhelming without her. Thank you!

I've already recommended CarePatrol to 5 people because of my wonderful experience. Jenni was more than kind and helpful, she quickly came up with a thoughtful solution exactly tailored to our somewhat unusual needs. I never would have known about this option on my own, and it's perfect. Jenni is effectively plugged into the local "scene", knowing crucial details about the facilities that would have take months of research to discover myself.

David and Angela were extremely helpful and very intelligent when it came to the various communities in the villages. I feel they did a thorough investigation before suggesting a home for my father. I would recommend them to anyone.

What a relief! When we had to quickly move my mother in law to a new facility, Care Patrol found two for us to visit with immediate openings, and we found the facility that was just perfect. Jena came with on the visits and helped by asking all the tough questions. I can’t recommend Care Patrol enough!

Care Patrol really cares. They found the perfect place for my Father.

If I could I would give CarePatrol 10 stars versus 5! They were attentive from the first call, responsive throughout the process and continue to check in now that my mom has settled into her new home in the assisted living community. They listened to what was important to us and then helped guide us through this complicated maze. I would highly recommend this group of caring people to help you make the best decision related to your loved ones. Great job Angela and Anthony!
