Barbara Nabors made a difficult 2019 much easier for us. Her time, attention and caring about our plans for my Mom made a world of difference. She is patient, kind and knowledgeable. Mel Gore (in Columbia, SC) was recommended to me by another local social worker. At such a stressful and difficult time, Mel listened carefully to what I needed for my mother, as she was transitioning into long term care. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful guiding me through this complicated process. Even now, she continues to check on me every other day to see how I am and how things are going. Mel, you are a godsend and deserve more than 5 stars!!!

Great resource to get information quickly and recommended facilities were appealing and within our budget

When a family member suddenly needs to be moved into a Senior Care Assisted Living facility, the process can be overwhelming and stressful. There are so many factors you need to consider. These life changing decisions often need to be made in a timely manner in order to take care of our loved ones. CarePatrol of Charlotte provided a tremendous amount of help with this process in such a kind and caring way. They met with our mom to better understand her likes and dislikes and to get to know her as a person. To help find the right location, they also met with our family to understand the level of care that was needed for our mom as well as other priorities. Lori, Todd, and Jaime were so helpful. They provided great insight on things to consider since our family had never ventured into the world of assisted living. They took away the burden of scheduling the appointments and worked around our busy schedules. I appreciate their support to ensure our mom was comfortable in her new surroundings. They truly were a blessing!

CarePatrol (The Villages, FL) is a great service to use during the stressful time of finding assisted living for a loved one. I was very stressed and David was very informed and professional. He listened to my needs and sent me information on many places. After narrowing down my choices, I called them to visit the places. Angela took my call, made the appointments and picked up my husband in I, in the company car. She was very compassionate and helped my with my questions to the various places. Thanks to CarePatrol I was able to make a decision rapidly, to move my 92 year old God Mother from the hospital directly to an assisted living facility. The fact that they make the appointments and drive you around helps tremendously!

Did not really understand the needs of my mom and took us on wild goose chases to facilities that were not a good fit!
