I been working with our local representative, Mary Ann for a few months now. She has been fantastic. Very personable, knowledgeable and responsive. Our family is looking for assisted living for my Uncle with Dementia. She has been terrific, setting up tours and advising us along the way. I highly recommend this organization. Truly a god send.

I found Mr. Reza Mir from Care Patrol when I was feeling very overwhelmed, frustrated and sad to say the least. There seemed to be an ocean of information that I had to learn and navigate while also caring for my ailing parent in a complicated and difficult situation. I found Mr. Reza Mir extremely professional and knowledgeable, very capable, compassionate and understanding. He was genuine, highly responsive yet calm and patient and available night and day. He helped me in every aspect of my journey from consulting about the concept of elderly care to finding the best and most suitable placement for my mother. He quickly became my agent, my go-to person, my caring and able family member, the sage who understood the situation from every angle and each family members' perspective. Mr. Mir, words can not convey the depth of my gratitude for your immense service to my mother & our family.

I have worked with Starr recently. She helped me find a lovely medically and cost effective assisted living for a family member. Starr is a wonderful and kind person to work with. She is always ready to listen and willing to accommodate. She is also very professional and very quick to respond. I would recommend her highly.

5 Stars is not enough. My rating is more like shooting stars . Ellen asked, listened and completely delivered. Walking along our side from beginning to move in. We started by receiving a thorough lengthy interview. Ellen wanted to know everything about Mom. I emphasize Everything - family, medical, personality, likes, dislikes. From this knowledge, Ellen choose 3 Tours for us. We absolutely loved the first tour. It was perfect. Then there was the second tour. We decided not to go to the third. Both of these offered exactly what we wanted. Ellen nailed it. Her knowledge of Assisted Living in the area allowed her to pick exactly the right choices for us. We choose Atria Maneressa. Mom’s day is filled with friends, activities, chef cook meals, music and spectacular views. Thank you Ellen. We are so happy and comfortable with our decision. Ellen’s knowledge and expertise allowed us to feel confident we made a loving, perfect decision .

Five stars to Reza Mir and Care Patrol. Mr. Mir showed up at the time I needed help most, guiding the transition of my 90 year-old brother from skilled nursing to board and care. He drove me around for two days, giving me the opportunity to visit facilities and evaluate them first hand. He sat with my brother for most of one day, waiting for the van that was to make the transfer. Then he rode with my brother to the new facility. I found Mr. Mir to be extremely conscientious and compassionate. He sincerely cares about his clients, devoting himself completely to satisfying their needs and wishes. And it doesn't hurt that he is also intelligent, well educated, punctual, and courteous to a fault. All of these qualities made him the kind of person it is a joy to work with.

Paula Sotir was there for me in a situation where I was blindsided and would have been helpless to figure out what to do. She helped me get my family member situated in the right place in s short period of time. I don’t knew how I could have managed without her.
