Prompt assistance which really helped.

Care Patrol guided me through the Nursing Home system, and I couldn’t have done it without their help. Have referred friends who had the same experience. They provided a valuable service, and I highly recommend them.

Mike was very helpful in finding a place for my relative who needed a different level of care than what she previously had. He met us at the location and stayed with us the entire time to ensure that our requirements/needs were met. He posed questions to the prospective Caregiver and toured the facility with us to ensure our family's needs were going to be met. I highly recommend CarePatrol when you need placement and care for your loved one.

The board and care facility where my mother was living unexpectedly announced that it was going out of business due to the declining health of its owner. Within days Care Patrol was able to line up visits at 4 places (all with openings in my mother's price range). 2 of the 4 in particular were lovely and would have been more than satisfactory. Mom is already settling into her new home. Care Patrol provides prompt, excellent service.

Heinz Kosser is the representative we dealt with and he is excellent in every respect. He twice helped us locate the perfect site for our mom. He was a great source of information and is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. CarePatrol provides wonderful assistance for those in transition. I don’t know what we would have done without this valuable service. I will recommend CarePatrol to everyone I know. If not for advice from Heinz, our mom would not be in the perfect spot he found.

Julie, Judy, and Kie guided me through the challenging process of finding an assisted living apartment for my dad. They did so with great patience and compassion. Any question I had was answered. All e-mails, texts, and phone calls were promptly returned. Additionally, I appreciate how they did NOT simply release my name and phone number to a bunch of assisted living facilities (this is what another agency did in the past -- and I got bombarded with calls and e-mails). Care Patrol will be highly recommended to my family and friends.

Our CarePatrol advisor, Heinz Kosser, was very knowledgeable about the local facilities and the industry overall. At times, he knew more about a specific facility than the salesperson for that facility did. He has been in the business a long time and is familiar not only with the costs, amenities, etc., of each place, but he knows about the management and history. I was hesitant at first to use this system for fear that the advisers would steer me to choices that were in their own best interest, but I didn't find that to be the case at all. Honestly, I don't know what we would have done without him.
