we weren't sure exactly how to go about looking for assisted living for our mother and whether she would be able to afford it. Mary Ann Pickell met with us several times, answered all of our questions and guided us through this process with compassion, even through a pandemic. She was recommended by our mother's family doctor and we are so grateful we took the doctor's advice. Our mother is now in assisted living, comfortable and happy when we talk on the phone, even though we cannot visit right now. After trying to find an assisted living for my 95 year old mother for 2 1/2 months on our own, we were referred to CarePatrol franchise by an assisted living we visited, but could not afford. We were thrilled with the service we received from both Jeff and Jacqui. Jeff is very quick to email and respond. He gave us excellent advice and was very helpful in getting my father-in-law into a good facility. Jacqui was a pleasure to deal with when we went to each facility. Overall I highly recommend both of them.
