Dave Gutierrez was so responsive to our needs. It was a long process for many reasons and Dave answered our calls promptly. He led the way for us to transition my sister, Dawn, during the pandemic. He was able to get answers from the providers that we could not. Dave is a professional, with heart. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

CarePatrol was such a blessing to us during such a hard time. I don’t know how we would have found a suitable and affordable place for my dad without their expertise and compassionate assistance. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I don't know what I would done without CarePatrol while looking for a place for my mom to live. They were so caring and patient and REALLY listened to what kind of living space we wanted for our mom as she transitioned from her home of 40 years to assisted living. They were incredibly responsive to our needs and spent hours on the phone with me and my family. This was a transition that had to happen fairly quickly, and they made themselves available for questions regardless of time of day and even on the weekend! They also helped in a tremendous way facilitating our connection with the community we chose all the way until the day of move in. I would highly recommend CarePatrol!!!

I had no idea where to start looking or even how to start looking for a safe living space for my elderly mom. I was referred to Care Patrol and specifically Terri Harvey and I can't thank her enough. Not only did she assist in the navigation of everything, she had a very sympathetic ear as well and it was very much appreciated. I appreciate everything she did during this very difficult time.

Cilla Buck from the NE Ohio Care Patrol was extremely easy to work with. She was so kind and caring and patiently listened to all of our questions and concerns. She was also patient with our uncertain timeline and assisted us through our 8 month long process before my mother moved into the assisted living facility. I highly recommend her for anyone figuring out options for their loved one!

Connie was amazing. During this crazy time of the pandemic, she made sure to connect with us and help us navigate using all different types of technology so we could virtually tour facilities. She was also very helpful with asking guiding questions that allowed us to reflect on what was most important in getting to our final choice. Thank you!
