MaryEllen was wonderful. She came to my mother's residence, interviewed us both then took us to carefully selected facilities after we had made our wishes clear to her. She listened well, always arrived on time, and was both warm and professional. We went to visit four different places, and eventually chose one of them. Being new to the area, I think her knowledge saved me a ton of time, and having someone to discuss concerns and questions with was a great help.

From start to mom’s move, Jack Horner has been absolutely wonderful! I’ve already reached out to friends to share how caring, 🧭 and thorough he’s been.

Nancy McClure was a blessing for us to have met. Helping a family member in St. Louis from Florida was a daunting task. Miraculously, Nancy connected us with a better facility that fit Donna’s budget and in a great walkable neighborhood.

I appreciated hearing both the suggested options and the ones less suggested. There was no pressure either way. It was not my first trip doing this so am fairly educated on the process but was still appreciative of the help. For people trying to figure which road to take I highly recommend these services!

Beth Miller always goes above and beyond to assist with placements for my clients.

Theresa went above and beyond to find the best place for my father. We could not have done it without her and Care Patrol's assistance and expertise.

We found CarePatrol to be better at listening to what we were actually looking for and then finding it for us, than other similar services. Their representatives are compassionate and responsive and can operate with a clear head when time is short.

Paula and Kris have been my life line through all of the trials and tribulations of assisted living placement. They are very knowledgeable and on top of everything, giving timely feedback. The stress of COVID has caused great anxiety but they are always encouraging and looking to find the right place for my husband.
