I was very pleased with Jane Nicholls! She would intercede for me whenever I needed her to; she was very kind and understanding. This situation with Covid 19 made finding a suitable care facility for my sister difficult. She took me to look at different facilities within my sister's budget and told me about programs that could possibly help her financially. I am grateful to her for her help!

Elise was very prompt, courteous, and professional throughout the process. She went right to work gathering information on my dad, found matches for his personality and preferences, and within a week had several options for us to explore. We chose one of the options she suggested, and we couldn’t be happier! His needs were met precisely, and he is thriving!

Maryann from Carepatrol in the Lehigh Valley and Upper Bucks area was terrific with helping me find an assisted living home for my Dad, especially with all the covid-19 restrictions ! From the first conversation to the last check-in text, I truly felt connected with the Burkes. Geri Burke and her husband conveyed that they were concerned with ensuring that I find an ALF that fit my mother's needs and be more than just a "placement". I always felt that i was given personal time and attention.The Burkes do not endorse a facility simply because it is open, but rather because it meets their standards and expectations for care. This gave me much-needed confidence during this very frustrating time of "no contact." I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a home for their loved one.

We could have never done it without the exceptional assistance of Diana Ramirez. Both me and my sister live on the East coast and our 94 year-old father lives on the West coast. With Covid-19 impacting every part of life as we know it. Diana was wonderful with every step of the process. She truly is an angel. We thank her from the bottom of our heart.
