Christa Saltina was put in contact with me when my partner was at ValleyWise annex. He has dementia and needed rapid placement from the hospital. Christa quickly ahh anger for me to visit three group homes. When one was chosen she arranged for transportation. All very much appreciated. Christa kept in touch so when we needed to upgrade to a memory care facility she again had one lined up right away. Thank you Christa

I asked our transition specialist if she new a placement specialist when we had a list minute emergency need to move my mom into a care home. The next day we looked at 3 places and when those were not exactly right she took it as a challenge and the next day found just the right fit for mom. We moved her the next day upon discharge from the hospital. Kari was diligent, persistent, professional and personable. Everything I hoped for and got!
