Joellen was very helpful Throughout the whole process of getting my dad into the assisted living of his choice. Even got an immediate response from the hospitals rehab when we couldn’t get thru to find out the discharge time for my dad. Covid -19 definitely made things more difficult. But Joellen worked to fill in the gaps and made difficult transition go much smoother.

When a fall landed my mother in the hospital — during COVID — I was at a loss as to how to help her. It was clear she would not be safe at home alone, but I had no idea where to start. Thankfully, I remembered that a good friend had raved about a care consultant she used when her mother moved to the city last year. I reached out and asked for her info, and I was connected with Victoria Archable at CarePatrol. Victoria immediately made me feel at ease with her caring, professional demeanor and vast knowledge and experience in senior care. In a time when I couldn't be in the hospital with my mother due to COVID protocols, Victoria helped me navigate the hospital system by connecting me to her contacts. She then walked me through my options for making sure my mom was safe and cared for before she was discharged from the hospital. She set up and attended virtual tours for senior communities with me, asked questions I would not know to ask, and gave me her expert perspective on what would be a good fit for my mother. Her guidance and consultation led me to a wonderful in-home, private caregiving service followed by a respite stay at an assisted living community. It has been such an incredible relief to know that my mother is well-cared for and has the assistance she needs to stay safe. I could not have done this without Victoria. She saved me countless hours and alleviated the weight of a very stressful situation. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I have been the sole caretaker for my parents who have both been diagnosed with dementia for the past 3 years. They have both resisted any previous attempts to move them into any type of care facility as well as getting any help in the home other then from me. In early August their health, particularly my dad with a UTI that required hospitalization, began to deteriorate rapidly to the point that placement for care became urgent and necessary. Unfortunately they refused to plan financially for this. Fortunately, however, I received a referral to call Care Patrol and particularly Beth Miller. She was amazing and lived up to the billing! She immediately began to work with our needs and situation and soon found a place for both of them that was affordable. She referred me to great people as well to assist with selling their condo, raising extra funds from the VA etc. She was kind, compassionate, patient, diligent, hard working, and thoroughly knowledgeable of the the facilities and resources in the field. With her help we were able to get my parents into an assisted memory care facility in less than three weeks. Without Beth to navigate and champion our cause there is no way we could have done this on our own this quickly. Going through something like this was one of the most stressful times I have experienced ( an I worked in law enforcement for 23 years!), but having Beth's hard work, guidance and support was of an immeasurable help and relief. Beth was an answer to prayer and I would highly recommend her and Care Patrol to anyone.

Christa was very helpful in arranging the placement of my oldest brother in a suitable living situation which best fit his needs. She also gave us valuable guidance on how best to explain his new living arrangement so that he didn't get too upset. When we explained what he was like she immediately knew the right place and people to best care for him. Could not have done this without her assistance.

Jacqui from CarePatrol was amazing all the way through my entire experience. She is warm and caring and took extra care with me and my family as we worked through this very stressful and emotional time.
