After contemplating for many years to place our mom in a memory care facility, circumstances required that my sister and I had no choice. Jonathan Clark at Care Patrol was a true lifesaver for us. My sister and I both wanted the best for our mom, but trying to agree on a facility that we were both comfortable with was a challenge. Unbeknownst to me, Jonathan's agency provided direct personal assistance with the entire process and personalized recommendations that suited our location, financial, and peace of mind needs. The best thing is that it really felt like a concierge service because Jonathan actually drove us around to each facility, introduced us to the management teams, provided us what to expect (the pros and cons of each facility), and was able to answer all of our questions along the way. He is so professional and has the perfect personality to support those making such a difficult decision. His years of experience with the area was evident and it really paid off for us. It has now been 2 years since we placed our mom using Jonathan's help and we are very happy with our decision. The facility didn't have all the bells and whistles of some of your more expensive facilities we toured, but it felt much more personalized for our mom's needs and her budget. We quickly came to realize that all of that stuff didn't really matter anyway. It was more about how they cared for our mom and they knew who we were when we came to visit, sharing the stories of her day. I have since recommended Johnathan and Care Patrol to friends who are also dealing with this turn of life because I truly believe you need this personal touch when making such a personal decision.

Reza was so kind, caring, and helpful as he helped me and my stepmother find and choose a care facility for my father. We were completely overwhelmed before we contacted Reza, but as soon as he got involved we felt like we were in good hands. He took us on multiple tours and helped us choose what we feel is the best place for my dad. He also helped communicate with the skilled nursing facility about issues that came up with my dad’s care and helped alleviate the stress over the discharge orders.
