Worked with Bonnie with CarePatrol in the past to help find a place for Dad. She was extremely helpful and valuable then, so I called her again to find a place for Mom. CarePatrol knows the industry and what's available in the area. Bonnie's first pick ended up being our first pick. This was a month before COVID and she kept up with us to give updates and that led to ultimately moving Mom into the facility when it was COVID free. Very thankful for the assistance that Bonnie and CarePatrol provided for our family over a span 6 years.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Kari West yesterday who patiently listened to my concerns about Nottinghill Nursing home where my ex husband has been for the last 16 months. The care that he has received of late has been horrible and she was so kind to listen to my concerns and give me great advise to help him since the Governor still won’t let anyone in the nursing homes to see their lives ones. She has been the kindest and the most caring person that I have spoken to since his sons put him there. This is not the first time that she has helped our family with his care. I am so grateful to her. If only there were more caring people in this world like her to help. Again, Thank you Kari for your assistance. You have no idea what it meant to talk to someone that cares.

Emily Strickler from CarePatrol was recommended to our family through Froedtert Hospital to assist with locating a proper care facility for my mother. During the pandemic, one difficulty was not being able to tour facilities. Emily helped me navigate the process by asking what was important to the client and family, the level of care that was needed and the areas we were searching in. Christa was our saving grace! She helped us through the ENTIRE process of finding, coordinating, and moving our mom, who was in a behavioral health center for 3 weeks, to a safe enriching permanent facility.
