Tammy was great
Tammy was great. We were able to get my father secured in a room. It was more money than we were told and the rooms/apartment is extremely small. Great service but wish I would have taken the time to look around more.

Patrick and CarePatrol have been a blessing to me. I could not have gone on this journey without him, his genuine compassion, caring and concern for my situation. I will forever be grateful for him.

I wished I had knew of this organization earlier. They made each and every step of the selection process easier and dumbed things down to where a person with no experience with this industry could understand it.

Aletha Stewart was incredible in helping me find a facility that would accept my father on an expedited basis. She provided me with multiple options the same day we first spoke, connected me with the closest facility that evening, joined in the meeting at the facility the next day. I couldn't have asked for more. My family and I appreciate her going the extra mile.

My Care Partner is Jamie Jollie. I use the present tense verb because that is how strongly I feel about Jamie, about his conscientiousness, professionalism, his focus and dedication, and his compassion. I feel he could be a friend for life. Jamie showed care and empathy throughout our search, he stuck by our side, I felt that he became almost family, his care so genuine. Let me explain. I first encountered Jamie many months ago when it appeared that my Father had outlived his 10-year stay at an Independent Living facility. I was in the investigative stage, only, and he was more-than accommodating with my careful steps. Months go by, and Covid hits, which presented an entirely different set of circumstances, and urgencies. Isolation had taken its toll, Dad needed more care, but the right care. Jamie, aware of this, enabled the careful navigation through the minefield of covid restrictions with both the current residence, and a selection of future homes. He was able to help us narrow our choice down to one single place that proved to be the absolute best fit. Jamie answered all of my many, many questions as each facility emerged as a contender with a thoroughness and honesty that only strengthened the trust I had in him. He maintained a neutral position throughout, never endorsing one facility over the other, he simply responded to what we saw as Dad's needs, providing options. I never, ever doubted Jamie’s guidance. Jamie gave us time to reflect, he was never insistent. When an obstacle appeared during this reflection time, such as additional interviews or medical testing required by a facility, he artfully removed the obstacle by inserting himself as family representative. When we encountered a problem, Jamie had a fix, always. I should add that Jamie's value was multiplied by this special circumstance, and that is managing Dad's transition in North Carolina with me living in California. Not only did the time difference present a sometime challenge, the greater challenge was that I could not physically get to NC because of Covid. Thus, Jamie had to be my eyes, and my ears. In the end, with gratitude, Jamie captured both my heart and my soul. I am forever indebted. Care Patrol quite fortunate to have Jamie Jollie as their ambassador. More importantly, I count myself, and my Father, extremely fortunate to have had Jamie as our Guiding Light. Please use my name as reference if the law or your policy allows. I would be equally as effusive in my praises. Thank you for the opportunity to glow about my experience with Jamie Jollie. Sincerely, Casey Watkins Oakland, California
