I called him out of the blue on my way home from the hospital where my dad had just been admitted and Todd (who had never met me or knew of me) spent an hour asking me questions about my dad and family to get a sense of what might be best for us in terms of next steps. Within one day we had a family zoom call set up with Todd to discuss options and next steps. Todd was a trusted advisor and was with us every day up until the day my dad passed away at the amazing memory care place he had helped us find. I can’t imagine what this process would have been like had Todd not been there to help us navigate the situation and support us throughout. Care Patrol should be so thankful and proud to have someone like Todd representing the company. He is amazing both professionally and personally.

Heinz Kosser, our Senior Care Advisor did an excellent job for us. He found a number of options for us to look into. When our first option did not work out. Heinz gave us added information on the next option. Heinz was very professional as well as being personable while working with us and our parents needs. He was recommend to us by a family friend as well as from a local attorney. It was a great recommendation. We are very happy with the outcome.

Judi Lambert from Care Patrol was very helpful in providing me with residential resources for my friend. She listened to the important features that my friend would like in his new residence and she suggested settings that would meet his needs. Judi checked back to see how arranged visits to referred places had gone.
