I found the Care Patrol services to be very helpful in finding care for my mother. They explained the process, found facilities, and followed up after the transition. They were very well informed on the ins and outs of assisted living facilities in the area and various other resources to help me. The Representative I worked with was very timely in her communication to me and kept me up to date on the process. I would highly recommend this service to others.

What an amazing gift this was. My Aunt was no longer able to live alone. We searched for the best place for her. We thought we had found it. Everyone thought it was going to happen-then it didn't. We were devastated, because she was about to be released from the hospital with no where to go. Nancy, one of the discharge nurses at Ascension was amazing! She was so helpful. She introduced my family to Care Patrol. They take all the variables in the patient's life-how much they can afford, what needs they have, etc. Then they find the perfect fit. All it took was one call! Kristine is an angel! It basically was one day that we knew where my Aunt was going. She's been at her new home for about a week. We truly believe it is the best fit for my Aunt. She's happy, she's cared for & she's safe. The staff is remarkable. Before this happened to us, we didn't know about Care Patrol. Thank God there is this service. My family & Aunt feel very blessed.

The owner of Care Patrol Ron Culyer was very helpful and quickly put us at ease and assured the family that his company never charges the family for his research of facilities that would meet the needs of our brother while also being within a budget. He compiled a list very quickly and emailed us individual detailed pages for every location that met our criteria. After selecting a couple that we wanted to check out in more depth we let Ron know and he made the connection with each director and they called us within the day to introduce themselves and answer what questions we had and walk us through the costs involved and what to do next. We are very pleased to have found Ron and his Care Patrol service during a trying time when a family member needed our immediate attention.

Our care patrol person Suzie Mueller was the most caring and compassionate and easy to work with person I think I’ve ever met. The service that she provided to help us move mom and dad into the most appropriate assisted living facility was so far above and beyond I can’t even rate it. Five stars is never enough!

In the past few years I have talked to Todd and Kim Seidl about my elderly Aunt. They always told me if I ever needed any assistance to please call them for help. In the mean time my life took a bad turn, my father passed away and my mother was not able to be on her own any longer. We had to place her in assisted living. Shortly after that my Aunt was hospitalized and went off to rehab. I had just returned to work and on that very day Todd and Kim Seidl came to the drive through window. It was like God was looking out for me. At that time he started taking down information about my Aunt and recommended different facilities he thought would work for her. He's been with me every step of the way. Delivering the paperwork to me and calling to check up on how my Mom, Aunt and myself are doing. Todd is so kind and listened to everything I had to say. I would highly recommend Todd and Care Patrol to anyone who needed to place their loved one in assisted living.
