Brad Roland from Care Patrol has been amazing (empathetic, informative, patient, and extremely supportive) since my brother and i first contacted him last year to help make sense of options for our aging parents. He has been a great source of all-around advice and just general support, responding immediately as we've needed it, as well of course helping us survey a lot of great living and care options for our parents. He means it when he says that he's committed to staying with his clients for the full journey - i'd highly recommend him to anyone!

I was very thankful for the help I received from my Care Patrol agent. She helped me through one of the most difficult decisions I have had to face as an adult. My agent worked diligently with me to find the proper placement for my mom who is suffering from dementia.She never gave up, and together we were able to find the best place for mom. I am thankful to her because she really listened to my concerns, and offered support and suggestions when she was able . She went above and beyond anything I ever expected, and I am truly grateful for all of her help. I will definitely recommend Care Patrol, and my agent to anyone who needs help with an aging loved one.

I have used Care Patrol twice, once in an unexpected and urgent situation and once under less urgent circumstances. Both times they did an amazing job of assessing my/my mother’s needs, walking me through options and then finding placement options for my mom that met our needs. I have been extremely pleased with both placements - such an improvement over the previous situations! I would definitely use them again if the need arose.

Victoria Archable of Care Patrol was a God send to me when I suddenly needed to find residential placement for my friend and her dog. I requested help locating an ALF with memory care in the Decatur area that would also accept a 30 lb dog. Within two days, she supplied a list of 4-5 facilities that met my needs. During the pandemic, she offered to help me with virtual visits and even met me on site when I toured what would be my chosen facility. Having her by my side helping me negotiate the maze of ALF selection and placement during this crazy time gave me more support than I imagined. It took me about 6 weeks to complete the transition for my friend; along the way, Care Patrol supported me without pushing me to ‘speed up the process’. I couldn’t have done this by myself. I give Victoria and Beverly my highest rating and thanks.
