When we had to find assisted-living for our parents, we did not know where to begin. After speaking to me, my father, and my mother’s hospital case manager about my parents’ needs and wants, Melanie went to work to find options. In less than a week, she had arranged virtual tours, my father chose a facility, and our parents were moved in. So incredibly helpful!

Meda Green is simply the best. She is professional, responsive, insightful, caring and the very difficult transitions my family has been through would have too much to handle without her. She assisted us twice in placing my mother in a place where she could be safe, cared for and content. Initially my mother moved from Tucson, in 2019, where she had lived for more than 40 years back to the Midwest where she thought she would never live again. She was forced to move from her home and was still grieving the loss of her spouse a year earlier. Meda had us tour 5 facilities and assured us that she would well taken care of in each one. She was happy at Mission Chateau until her needs were beyond their capacity. Recently my mom was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. Covid and isolation has caused my mom to become more dependent on nurses for her daily needs. After being in the hospital and rehab for 2 months, she is moving to Brighton Gardens today. I am very grateful for all of the help that Meda has provided. I wish that I could give her a big hug. Again, she so well informed and an excellent advocate for us. We might have to adopt her.

During an incredibly trying time for our family, and in desperation to get some help and insight, I reached out to Care Patrol. The kindness and patience shown by Cheryl and her knowledge in guiding me was a a godsend. We are very grateful that they were there for us in our time of need.

Thank goodness for Jodi at CarePatrol. She was wonderful!! She listened to my needs and found some wonderful places for me to tour. She was reliable and patient and went with me for all tours and handled all scheduling. I ended up selecting a facility that she found and I couldn't be happier. She has stayed in touch with me and she follows up every couple of weeks to see how we are doing. Love her and I'm so happy that I found CarePatrol.
