Angela C helped me find the care facility I didn't know I was looking for. I assumed that I would need to put my aunt in a medicaid long term care facility, where she would be in a hospital bed with a room mate, unable to take any of her belongings. Angela found a small private home care facility where she could take her furniture and get much more personal care in a homey environment for an amount I can afford, even if her money runs out. I am so happy with this choice, and so far my aunt is too. In addition, when I was having trouble finding transport for my aunt to her new home because of Covid, Angela offered to provide transport as a courtesy. She was the best!

Cindy at CarePatrol was excellent. She anticipated the needs of our family, was proactive in lining up options and visits and navigated the complexities brought on by COVID with diligence and hard work. CarePatrol was with us each step of the way - our situation was sudden and we knew nothing of the options or processes. We are exceedingly happy with the results and owe our peace of mind to the professionalism of CarePatrol generally and Cindy Evans specifically.

The Care Patrol was wonderful, and I felt as though they removed a huge boulder from my shoulders with their help in recommending facilities for my husband’s care. That Caressa took me on the tours to the places she suggested made it all the more valuable a service. She was kind and understanding, warm and caring. I greatly appreciated this opportunity.

We had a short time frame to move my dad Emily gave us recommendations to review. Emily followed up frequently with is and gave us great care and advice. She joined us on conference calls with facilities which gave me a level of comfort that we were asking pertinent questions. We appreciate her help!

My husband was quickly declining mentally and physically and was unable to go to an assisted living/memory care facility. Deb Scholl helped me navigate all the hurtles in getting him placed in a nursing home community in less than three days. People could not believe how fast we were able to get him into the facility, especially since it was during the Christmas/New Year's holidays. I could not have done everything I needed to do without Deb. She was professional, yet always friendly and accessible. I will definitely recommend her and CarePatrol. She is amazing! Thank you for helping me with this difficult decision and for being with me every step of the way.

Was contacted from another service I was using. If I didn't say Care Patrol saved my life, I'd be lying. Care Patrol made suggestions, listened to my rantings, virtually held me as I was having a frustrated PTSD type of breakdown. They guided me to someplace that was the best for my loved ones.

Copy of review I wrote 1/3/21.......anyone who has ever had to make the decision that someone you care deeply for can no longer take care themselves knows the pain and heartbreak it brings! This was my reality. I was blessed to find Care Patrol. My angel was Eric Sailor. My friend is safe and cared for. I have finally slept for the first time in months. Beyond Thanks Eric.
