When I had to find assisted-living for my parents, I did not know where to begin. The hospital case manager recommended care patrol. Joellen was my point person. Her extensive background in the healthcare field was invaluable. She was able to share her vast health care management experiences as well as her professional contacts. During the pandemic she was able to get us inside facilities to help with the decision process. She even Assisted with the small things like helping with furnishing the new residence . She also helped with navigating my concerns while my mother was in skilled nursing. It was clear that my parents also needed a change with their insurance. She was able to contact me with another professional to assist in navigating that process. She has continued to be our friend and extremely helpful during the entire process. I cannot say enough good things about Joellen and what she’s done for my family.

Kristine Alarie was amazing. We started this process well over a year ago and she kept checking on us to see how our Mom was doing. Knowing our Mother was not quite agreeable to placement, Kristine helped with other at home care suggestions. She genuinely cares and it shows. She walked us through the hard parts and continues to check on Mom and us. Would recommend this company and Kristine to anyone.

Care Patrol is an absolutely invaluable service—we cannot praise them enough! My husband needed a dementia care facility and with all the emotion and stress that entails, I didn’t know where turn. After our daughter found Care Patrol, the emotion was still there but the stress was gone. The owners of the local Care Patrol did a tremendous amount of research and worked so hard until they found a proper care facility for my husband. We TRULY don’t know what we would have done without them.
