My CarePatrol experience was exceptional. The professional assigned to me listened attentively to my story, situation, and needs. She offered practical immediate and long-term advice. She followed through with me and picked up the pieces when I dropped the ball. She made appointments for me and came along on site visits (virtual and face to face). She did such an great job asking the questions I failed or forgot to ask. I am so grateful for CarePatrol.

CarePatrol has helped my husband and our family so much. They gave us peace of mind and reassurance that they would find the best memory care residence for my husband's care. We were going through an emotional roller coaster. Because of covid-19 my husband has moderate to severe dementia. After being hospitalized for 10 days with the virus and pneumonia, less than 2 months later he was hospitalized for 31 days for medical and mental side effects from the virus. CarePatrol was highly recommended to us from a social worker at Froedtert Hospital, for their knowledge and expertise. After my first phone call with them I felt we were in good hands and reassured they would help us, they understood what we needed. We didn't need to research a bunch of long term facilities for my husband, they did it for us and that was a huge relief and less stress on our family. I highly recommend CarePatrol and thank them for all their help and understanding.

We worked with Melanie Lockerby with Care Patrol in Grand Rapids MI to find my step father an assisted living facility that met a variety of very specific personal needs. Melanie has a great insight into the psychology of aging as well as the physical needs that change almost daily. Care Patrol's streamlined management of this problem allowed us to focus on all the familial issues and greatly relieved the effort it takes to find that perfect facility. I can highly recommend this great service.

CarePatrol was very helpful with finding a place for my mom . I'm very greatful for there help and just for a person to talk to . It's not a very easy thing finding care for an elderly loved one and they were very helpful . I can't say enough nice things .

Lisa was very helpful in getting the process of moving our parents into a retirement community going again after we were comfortable with the facility's CoVid quarantine program.
