Working with the representative from Care Patrol was excellent. Eric was responsive with answers to questions and requests. He was able to set up virtual tours during the time of Covid-19 for times we needed. He showed that he truly cared that we as a family got the information we needed to make an informed choice to place our loved one in the care of a facility.

I came across Care Parol by pure luck. I’m am so thankful I did! I was running out of time to find a suitable place for my loved one to go. We had obstacles that I couldn’t navigate through myself. Dawn calmed me down and got to business immediately! Within a week, we were able to find a lovely place for my mother to live and care for her the way I couldn’t. Dawn became like a family member, involved &informative through every moment! We couldn’t have done this without her & Care Patrol! They have the knowledge, patience, and resources to help with so many things. They truly care about everyone involved. I will always be grateful for them!

The CarePatrol team in Colorado Springs helped my family find the best place for my dad's long term care. Nancy was awesome. She followed all of my guidelines for choices and gave me a few other options. She asked all of the questions I didn't know to ask. She followed up every visit with me, and then made a chart to compare the top facilities I chose from. Nancy also called to see how everything was going after my mom was placed. I could not have been happier with CarePatrol and Nancy.

Joellen at CarePatrol was very helpful. She sent us the info on several facilities based on our needs. We then picked the ones that we were interested in & she made the appointments for us to tour. She was there with us when we toured. She helped with some of the paperwork & offered guidance on questions & preparations. She was able to answer many questions we had. I would recommend CarePatrol to anyone who needs to seek a facility for their loved ones. It is a free service to the family.
