We needed help finding a care home for my mom who was was living in a large community with very advanced Alzheimer’s residents, and she did not belong there. We worked with Reza Mir, who worked tirelessly with us, listening to what we needed in a home, paid attention to every detail and never gave up. We had a lot of conditions to meet that were quite challenging, but he kept looking and finding locations for us to consider. He made us feel like we were his top priority, was so understanding, compassionate, always available, quick to respond to questions, give industry advice, generous with his time and so kind. He became a trusted advisor and found the absolute perfect place for my mom. She has moved into her forever home and is incredibly happy now. I can’t begin to thank Reza enough for his never-give-up attitude, his compassion, kindness and excellent work ethic, demonstrating his motto of “my job is not finished until your mom is happy” to the very end.
