We had a very positive experience working with Emily. The information she provided on our initial phone call eased our minds as we were beginning to navigate the unfamiliar world of elder care for my husband’s mother. Emily was referred to us by an in-home care agency when we realized in-home care was not going to be enough. Our initial meeting was informative and we felt very comfortable as we could tell Emily’s knowledge would be invaluable to us. She provided emails to follow up our meeting and set up tours and accompanied us to three assisted living/memory care facilities. She was readily available to answer any questions we had. Thank you, Emily, we so appreciate the time you gave to us.

Lori literally put a "S" on her chest and became my super woman! My father is 94 did not want to move from his house. Lori held our hands and we collectively found the right solution and place for my father. Could not have done it without her!

Care patrol was quick and thorough. Listened to what we needed and made suggestions when we were unsure what to look for or ask about. It was much appreciated and we found the perfect facility for my Dad! I highly recommend their services!!

Receptive and positive interactions. They do care as the name suggests. They will continue to follow up and are available whenever needed. Don and Julie really helped when I needed to throw the hail mary!
