I would like to thank Deb for all her assistance in getting my mother placed in an Assisted Living. Mother went into the hospital only to be transferred to a hospital two and a half hours away from family. Due to Covid no Rehab wanted to pick her up close to home. We had to look for Assisted Living in NC due to guidelines. Through the assistance of CAREPATROL mother is closer to family and appears happy. She is receiving positive care. Thank you!

Care Patrol and Mike Mithen were fantastic. My father was suddenly hospitalized and we needed to find a good group home for hospice care. Mike got right on it, sent me out some choices, the next day we toured the facilities, and I picked my top choice. Could not have asked for better service and Mike was quick to follow up or answer any questions. Would not hesitate to use again!

When my husband needed to be placed in a memory care facility , it was with the help of Bruce and Joellen and they were both so helpful . I am grateful I didn’t have to go it alone ! Very compassionate

Care Patrol, and specifically Petra Perciavalle, helped my family with the overwhelming process of transitioning our father to assisted living in an open-hearted and reassuringly down-to-earth way. She knew the questions to ask, the facilities to tour, the negotiable costs and all the practical details to attend to. We wouldn't have had as smooth a transition in such an uncertain situation without her expertise and helpful demeanor. Petra definitely went what seemed above and beyond but is actually her style and Care Patrol's purview. I highly recommend Care Patrol; they are another set of legs in the race, actually going along with you to all the places along the way to the finish line! They're not just a list of resources forwarded, as some senior living assistance companies seem to be, for which they get paid with referral fees if you even visit their page! Call Care Patrol first, that's my advice.

There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe how amazing Care Patrol has been for us. Eric has been with us every step of the way in navigating the smallest of details, all of which can be extremely overwhelming. We moved my Mother from an assisted living community that she had lived in for 11 years to an assisted living with memory care. The level of compassion and concern that was shown to us every step of the way was beyond anything I could have imagined! Thank you thank you Eric and Care Patrol..I honestly can say we could not have done it without you❤️❤️❤️

Mike Awadalla was referred to us by a peer of his, Mike Scoggin, in the silicon valley to provide resources and referrals for MY wife's sister in law who was in need of a facility that would provide assisted living in the central contra costa area. Mike and Mike provided a wealth of profiles, references, and resources for local retirement communities. Three months later Kathy was moved into a very desirable community in Walnut Creek. The services provided are priceless and invaluable for anyone who finds themselves lost without a clue as to how to start and where to turn. Mike worked for us with the intent of what would be a great fir for Kathy. the time was taken to obtain a full profile and understanding of Kathy's needs. We could not be more pleased.

Such a great experience. Jason was so helpful in answering all of our questions and helping us find the right spot for our mom. He asked us all about what we were looking for and tailored the options we needed to make a much easier decision. He was kind and thoughtful. Followed up frequently. Highly recommend! Made a difficult decision and process so much easier.
