Rob Graham at the Melbourne office was terrific to work with. Facing the care decisions for an aging relative is never easy and the medical system along with the medicare system makes it very stressful and rushed. Rob was kind and patient with us and found a great fit for our mother within the very limited time we had due to hospital and medicare time limits on patient care and dismissal. Thank you Rob.

Todd Seidl did a fantastic job for our family. He listened to our concerns for placing my parents in assisted living regarding level of care, possible future level of care, finances, etc.. Todd had two places for us to look at within hours of contacting him. He is caring and straight forward. I would recommend Todd to anyone looking for senior living.

Sara Shvartzman was excellent. She provided us with several recommendations that met our needs and ultimately helped us find the perfect new home for Mom. We could not have done it without her!

Fantastic service!

I was very upset at having to place my mom in a memory care facility. But. Tammy made this so much easier than I anticipated. She worked with me over months and months to let me know when I was ready that she had the place for my mom. It’s only her second day there but the reports from the director are fabulous. Carepatrol has been a God send.
