This was an invaluable service! From the beginning Eric was right there with us to find the most appropriate facility for our mother. He was, in fact, one step ahead of us. Eric coordinated everything for us, including his best recommendation of places. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. He was available to us whenever we needed to ask a question.
