Absolutely amazing! This service was truly invaluable. The amount of time and consideration Eric took was incredible. He took time to get to know the ever changing situation. He explained the difference between facilities and took finances into consideration. Wonderful company and service.

Our family was in need of finding our father a long term care facility, as he was being discharged from his rehab facility. Dina at CarePatrol was extremely responsive and connected us with several facilities. We found one that most closely matched our father's needs. He is now settled into his new environment, and is doing quite well. We would not have been as successful finding this facility without Dina. More importantly having her guide us through the various types of facilities and care levels offered was invaluable. She took time on weekends to help us, as we live out of state. She also referred us to other resources available for helping with care for the elderly. They met with our father and made him feel confident and comfortable with the transition. Dina had set up several virtual tours of facilities using Zoom Meetings. All of this effort resulted in success for our father.
