Care patrol was extremely helpful in finding a great place for a friend. They went above and beyond my expectations and took a huge amount of pressure off of me. Diana was extremely helpful in EVERY way. I could never have found this place without her.

I needed to find an assisted long term facility for my sister. She lives in Colorado as I live in Illinois and can't travel. Care Patrol became a very helpful partner. They found a facility that was perfect fit.

My brother and I were in search of in-home or a memory care facility for our father. After a very detail conversation about our needs and wants, Care Patrol was able whittle the myriad of possibilities down to just four — two in-home providers and two memory care facilities. We were able to interview all four and all were very valid options. Focusing our search to only four was extremely helpful. We settled on a memory care facility in only a few weeks (I personally was coming from out-of-town) and so far are quite pleased. Care Patrol was attentive, interested and available throughout the process but also willing to give us time as we needed it.

Care patrol helped me find an assisted living for my mom. They made recommendations and set up tours based on what we were looking for. Melanie and Sandi were amazing, so helpful and caring. I feel confident I have made the best decision for my mom.

Todd was excellent, very professional, and knowledgeable.

I was very pleased

Michael F. was directed our way when my father V. O. entered rehab. I had no idea there was an organization that could assist me with finding the next best place for my father to continue his recovery. The assistance Michael offered was priceless to me! He presented us with 3 options and was in close communication with us at all times going above and beyond! Michael’s respect for my father was obvious as he treated him with compassion and dignity. I am extremely grateful for his assistance and professionalism making the next step of care for my father effortless! Beth S.

I had no idea what I was doing when it came to finding the perfect place for my father. Luckily, I had Mary Ann with CarePatrol of the Lehigh Valley. She provided wonderful choices and was there every step of the way to answer my questions. The responsibility of making sure a loved one is safe, healthy and happy is so overwhelming but with Mary Ann’s help I am so confident and proud of where my dad is staying. There aren’t enough words to say thank you!
