I decided to use Caredge Concierge service and had Joe H as my agent. I had decided to go with a Ford 2025 Ford Expedition as I was happy with my 2015 Ford Expedition for the 10 years I owned it. My reason for using Caredge is that I didn't want to do the research in finding the best vehicle at the best price. I'm not great at negotiating, I just wanted to know I was getting the best price, a big piece of mind for me. After reviewing a few vehicles already on car dealer lots I learned that I would be able to achieve the best price by ordering the vehicle exactly as I wanted, not with dealer add on's that jack up the price for stuff I really didn't want. Joe H was able to negotiate a deal with a local dealership and it was a hands off process for me. I plan to use Caredge Concierge in the future.

I signed on to CarEdge about a month ago. Spent some time getting comfortable with the app. Well today, with the qualified assistance of CarEdge Pro, I negotiated a better than fair market deal for a 2023 CPO Subaru Crosstrek with 21,135 miles. The deal included a 6 year 100,000 mile extended engine and drivetrain warranty. I pick up the car next week. CareEdge Pro did the heavyifting. My wife and I satback and reaped the benifits. The concierge service saved me dozens of phone calls, exhaustive searching. My rep was courteous, concise, helpful, and understanding. I was able to purchase a gem of a used minivan, with very little trouble to myself, which was a great relief. He helped me crystallize my choice of vehicle, and then did the legwork for me, and it was exactly what I wanted because he removed (what to me are) the odious parts of buying a vehicle.

I delt with Josh the concierge agent assigned to me he was patient caring explained every step to me and made me feel i had a trusted friend working on my behalf to get the best deal i can possibly have.I will recommend caredge and Josh to all friends good job keep it up .

I worked with two different people from Car Edge and the prices were not any cheaper than I could find myself. I would not recommend this service.

Thanks to the CarEdge Concierge service, I'll never need to face another car salesperson ever again. Josh worked with me from the start, listened to what I wanted, and found the right car on the first day. It took about a week to finalize, but he was with me every step of the way. Highly recommend if you prefer to work with someone who respects you as a customer, rather than a car salesperson who is trying to screw you.
