He had his heart set on a 2026 Subaru Outback. On Friday morning, I found a vehicle he liked with an MSRP of $39,505. Your AI agent negotiated it down to $36,015 with no add-ons. We went to the dealership on Saturday, and the entire transaction was completed in just two hours. The experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free—something you rarely hear about car buying. We used the Caredge AI negotiator and found it extremely helpful. We opened negotiations on 4 vehicles and the AI asked all the questions. It allowed us to choose how aggressive we wanted to be. It was great we didn't have to ask the questions of each dealer. Took a lot of stress out of a major decision. Unfortunately we made the mistake of taking a dealer's word instead of getting it in writing. The good news is that we were prepared for negotiations after watching Caredge videos and were able to get the dealer to take off an exorbitant destination charge of $2495 and the etching for $399. They tried to hard sell us on several other options but we held firm and walked out the door with a new Pathfinder platinum for $42,000 plus applicable taxes and fees.(MSRP $53,400) This was $2000 less than the 3 other dealers. We felt fully prepared for battle and felt we did well with Caredge help. If Caredge could improve the interface of putting a photo of the car next to the dealer name during negotiations that would be a big help in remembering which vehicle is which.Would highly recommend this service!

I don’t think my agent negotiated anything with the dealership. The first vehicle he presented to me was $10K over what I wanted the out the door price to be. The vehicles he then followed up with were back east, I’m in California. He kept saying he was waiting for a call back (few days) from the dealership where I had suggested a vehicle to negotiate. The vehicle information and price I sent my agent was the same price he came back with. Meaning he did not negotiate anything with the dealership. This is after he said he was able to get $3K knocked off. I was very disappointed with this service and this was a waste of my money.

Their information and tools were helpful and did make parts of the car-buying process easier, especially understanding pricing. However, the service didn’t quite live up to the hype. Some advice felt generic and communication was slower than expected. I would have appreciated a phone call. Overall, useful — just not outstanding.

This is a great tool. Just make sure you are checking in on negotiations from time to time. You may wish to make some adjustments depending on the counters or have a better understanding of how the responses are from the dealer.

I could walked in any dealers and get the same deal I did not save any money going with you guys but loosing $850. I paid MSRP and all the add-on products, and the $2000 discount was offered to any buyers by the Dealer. My mistake was I thought you guys bargained and it was an extra discount. I don’t believe you guys watch or listen to Ray when he says MSRP is just a suggested price and any item that is taxable could be bargained but obviously it didn’t happened in my case. Unfortunately I noticed it after I purchased the car.

I'd rate my experience as follows: 1. on the purchase of a new car: 6 stars! saved over 7k off msrp. 2. on the sale of our 3 yr old car: 3 stars. I obtained better offers on my own. Overall well worth the fee charged!
