Start to finish - so happy
I had the pleasure of working with Joe, an that made all the difference in the world in my car buying experience. He was patient, knowledgeable, communicative, and caring. He answered all of my questions and worked so hard to find the car I was looking for and to negotiate a deal I never could have made myself. There were a few glitches with delivery of the vehicle - delay due to the truck breaking down and grease stains on the interior - but Colette with post sales took care of everything quickly and effectively. I felt heard, cared for and supported throughout the process. You have reduced my fear of car buying (and that’s saying something).
