I basically made my $ back, which is ok. The process took longer than expected. Was switched to 2nd negotiator because the first one was not responsive. Found out when I drove 3 hours to pick up my car that the car only had one key that was an after-market key so there is a light on all the time alerting me of that that cannot be removed, the passenger seat is broken and the car was owned by a smoker so that was very disappointing to find out after procuring loan and driving 3 hours to pick up- car. Pretty sure I would not have purchased THAT car. Also, it would be good for you guys to walk the customer through the steps/process at the beginning to level set expectations.

The AI negotiator is a game changer. allows for contacting and working deals with multiple dealers anonymously with the terms you want and then able to get a great fair deal without the effort of making all the emails and calls yourself. Also the AI negotiator uses market data and even advises you about the merits of the different deals it is working. I don’t think i would buy a car without this type of help ever again as someone who wants a fair deal but doesn’t love negotiating and value my time doing other things. It is so worth it to have car edge pro and i am confident i saved thousands with this.

No need to do your own negotiation any more. This is a fantastic product. I was able to get information and utilized their AI tool to negotiate a car deal. It was so seamless and provided little to no stress in getting a deal made with a car dealership. The CarEdge Pro subscription was easily saved in the deal that I made for a new vehicle.

Right away I was paired with Colette. I told her what I was looking for, and she worked fast to find my car. The negotiator worked out the terms based on what I wanted, and I closed very quickly. The whole buying process was fast and easy. I got what I wanted for a good price. I would definitely use Caredge again!

Using the concierge service made everything so much simpler and cheaper than on my own. Was considering a factory order to get exactly what I wanted. Well Sergio found me my car that had more than what I wanted about 8 hours away and then Jamer negotiated an even better deal close to invoice pricing. IT WOULD HAVE COST ME MORE IF I HADN'T USED CAR EDGE CONCIERGE AND GOTTEN A LESSER CAR! Now, I'm flying a blackwing! Wanna race? 🤣
