Has me on an account without my approval. Unable or unwilling to do anything about. Extremely poor quality customer service agents, with the first giving me immediate attitude for not knowing all the account details on an account I didn't open?!? The next conversation I had with them, I couldn't understand the woman hardly at all, and she didn't have a clue about anything. This company is a complete joke. Stay away

Deceptive and Predatory practices. They say no credit check to apply, this is untrue. 2 different people informed me verbally there would be no credit check, yet once the application was done I got a notice that my credit was hit with a hard check. I would not have applied if there was to be a hard check. Additionally, they sent a bill the same month for the 1st payment, not even give you the first month before asking to start paying. Predatory practices. Only reason for 2 stars is the 24 month no interest.

Care Credit is part of Synchrony they are a sub retail finance company with the highest rates beware do the home work. You do better with your own credit card company to pay for dental work.

I had this card for years. But there is a downfall, their promotionals are convenient. But they did not explain that my payments does not go towards past expired promotions therefore interest is accumulating. I have to call them if I want the payments to be allocated to expired promotionals. How is this?

I appreciate the opportunity to do business with Care Credit/Symphony Bank because it gives me the ability to take better care of my pets healrh. I have no complaints and just read on care credit's website an offer to help people that have been impacted by the latest natural disaster, by potentially waiving fees and offering to work through potential payment issues with thier customers, basically willing to lend a helping hand during hard times.This is admirable.My care credit card is one of my most valued card's. Thank you Symphony Bank for helping me achieve goals and be a responsible per parent to my doggie Peetie & kittie Sophie I also utilize Symphony Bank's Amazon Store card and have a Lowe's store card as well

I talked to supervisor Rick ID#7826 today and I found out that they closed my account even though I went through the trouble of getting a personal loan a few months ago to pay my care credit balance off!!! I told him that I will be telling everyone that I can on my social media platforms to stay away from carecredit. Because this is total BS.

I went to get a tooth extraction from Ashley Dental. They didn't pull the tooth but gave me a Follow-up appointment and had me sign up for more work to be preformed covered by Care Credit. Care Credit does not have a grace period. For payments due on the 25th, I paid on the 26th and have been charged a Late Fee $41.00, 5 times, $205.00. I would avoid using them at all costs. Had I known this, I would have used a Credit card which I have room on any of them. If you don't, I'm sure your Card Company will increase your limit for an emergency.

It was doing fine. I paid off all my debts as of July 2024. My CareCredir balance was 0 and I paid off my Car Repair Credit. They took my almost 1400 payment but closed my Care Credit cause of "too high credit amounts" (my 2 capital one cards that ive been paying for about 2 years) and "credit is too new" well no crap the care credit only a year old! They were all paid off my credit score is now 740 but I can't reapply. They took my $1395 payment but closed my account and they say they can't tell me why?! Yes you can you made this account I paid you. Tell me! AND I find out while at the vet trying to pay for a visit to find out my account was closed even tho all balances were paid and at 0. Literally SCREW this company. I'm broke and can't leave the vet till I pay.
