After being with CareCredit for 20 yrs…
After being with CareCredit for 20 yrs and Never Ever missing a deadline for special deferred interest payments or payments of any kind we are very unhappy with what transpired. We moved abroad and could NEVER get connected to them online or by phone in the last 6 months. We circumvented the system and finally got through. Their was an extra charge added by the provider which we knew nothing about so we missed the special promo end date and was charged 2 yrs worth of back interest. Our beef is that whether you live in the U.S. or abroad you should STILL be able to reach a company Online or by Phone without having to go around the system. Note: We have No Problem accessing ANY of our other accounts via online or by phone.
