This place is a fraud. They disperse the credit card and then try to refrain from paying the providers. Stay away from these people. They are criminals and obviously having financial issues.

Had a $6500 limit I maxed out on dental implants. Paid it off in about 18 months which was 6 months before the promotional 0% interest expired. Out of nowhere they CLOSED my account. An email saying they closed it because of balances on my otherer credit lines. My credit lines total were at 30% of my total credit limits. Also I had just paid down all my balances to under 10% of my available credit. Now if I want to use care credit I have to reapply and take another ding on inquires. I WILL NOT be using care credit or synchrony bank ever again for credit lines. How the hell do you close an account that was paid perfectly and early. I’ve also encouraged family members to close their accounts too

They should be shut down. 8,000$ in interest in a year at 36% rates. Illegal and unconstitutional and horrible. Do not ever get this card unless you like being robbed.

Used Care Credit for dentures. I got my balance down to a little over $3000 paying on it more than 2 years at 32.99% interest. Paid the balance in full 10 day after my billing cycle. Next billing cycle they charged $19 interest on a 0 balance. When I called them they said it was for interest from the billing cycle to when I paid it off. I asked them since it is now two days passed my billing cycle, how much will I owe next month. They said pay the $19 and that will be all. To my knowledge if you pay infull before the due date it should be paid in full. The supervisor I talk to was very rude. This was with Synchrony. Had another account with them that did the same after I paid it off. Kinda shady if you ask me. Buyer beware.

Unscrupulous and lacking integrity. They engage in predatory practices and obfuscate their procedures to intentionally mislead and harm consumers.

CareCredit is honestly one of the worst credit cards I have ever used, and I would give it 0 stars if that were possible. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that people think twice before getting this card. I feel like CareCredit is taking advantage of customers through unexpected interest charges and poor communication. They never clearly notified me that my 24-month promotional financing period was about to expire, and I was suddenly charged interest. When I contacted customer service, I was told to pay off the entire outstanding balance within one week and was assured that my balance would be $0 afterward. However, just two weeks later, they came back asking me to pay additional interest. I spoke with multiple customer service representatives, but nobody seemed willing to resolve the issue. I paid the interest as instructed and even received a disclosure form indicating that no further payment would be required from me, yet the following month they demanded another interest payment. How can customers trust a company that repeatedly demands additional payments after assuring them everything has been settled? This experience has been extremely frustrating and has completely destroyed my trust in CareCredit. The lack of clear communication, inconsistent explanations, and repeated interest charges are unacceptable. I would never recommend CareCredit to anyone. Think twice before getting this card, carefully review all promotional financing terms, and keep records of every payment and conversation. Customers deserve transparency, honesty, and fair treatment—not the stress of constantly being asked to pay additional charges after being told their balance has been cleared.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CARE CREDIT!!!! Even if you are always on time with your payments and/or pay them off early they will lower your available credit even if you have decent credit. Biggest mistake I have ever made concerning a credit card. I was getting my score up and they made it take a major hit for no good reason. They screwed up my credit utilization. Never have I had a credit card act the way this does. Bad Business.

So we have excellent credit. Didn’t want to drain our savings for 2 knew surgeries. Figured what the heck, let’s check into this Asked the vet office about it. They said to call the care credit company … to find out details. Care credit told us the vet would tell us the details and terms when we applied. Okay. So we went ahead and applied. Asked the vet the details and terms of the credit. They couldn’t tell us the terms only how many months were available. And the payments. And Told us we would have to contact the company… WTF??? Predatory??? I’d say! We had no choice at that moment so we agreed to the mystery terms and conditions We ended up getting 24 months at 17% interest. Ummmm The second surgery was around the same. The fact that they can’t tell you the details of the terms and conditions you are signing up for is PREDATORY LENDING! We got lucky and very blessed and were able to do a balance transfer to a new card from a previous bank we have borrowed from for 0% for 21 months ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THESE CRIMINALS! They should be shut down until they can do business like normal companies and let their customers know what exactly they are signing up for Fkyou Care credit. Total scam! Beware!!! And yes I will be turning them into the BBB not that it will change anything 🤷‍♀️😬
