Started out with 1400 to use on my card. One day I looked they had dropped that amount to 250 dollars without any heads up whatsoever. I have never been late with a payment. I'm not sure what tooth they think can get fixed for 250 bucks, but they are just as delusional as I was when I signed up I guess. Once they're paid off, to the garbage can the card goes.

This company will destroy your credit when you almost have your card paid off they drop the amount of your limit then the interest increases to over your limit. They dropped my credit by 108 points. If your good about paying your bills and like your good credit score 1000% recommend you don't use them!

Credit care is the worst company to get credit from I was told the credit was for 3 years I though I was almost going to be done with the payment from $7000 it went up to almost $13,000 like really don't use this company. I would never use this credit card again. beside everyone I spoke to over the phone is over seas they have no clue I had to repeat myself so many times and still nothing was solved.

My payment was posted TWO days after the due date, so they changed me a $41 late fee plus $2 interest. They would not refund the $43 because the same situation occurred earlier in the year. Okay, my fault. But just two days? After I get my balance paid off, I am through with them and their ripoff tactics.

I have had this account for many years. I was approved for dental work. I have never been late paying this account. They have an unusual way of charging interest. They’ll even have the doctor’s office staff ask you to make interest payment to avoid additional future interest payments. They’ll notify you that you need to pay a certain amount of Interest by a certain date or it will be charged to you. They’re already charging on each statement. Then most recently they lowered my credit limit. Thus making my debt to credit limit higher. I asked them why. They said they did a random review. I then asked for them to lower the interest. They said no because I had originally signed for the rate. All these years I have faithfully paid them on time. Never missed a payment. And, this is the way I’m treated. I plan to pay this account out and close it.

We have never missed or been late on a payment but the lowered our credit limit which lowered my credit score by 45 points. I don’t feel like it’s fair to ding someone’s credit with good payment history. Definitely would not recommend!!!

Care credit closed my account twice for inactivity. I had a $5000 credit line with a $0 balance. I used it for pet emergencies. Since I didn't use it, they closed it on me. I used to recommend this card to all pet parents out there, but no more. I'm so mad!

Canceled my card 10 days after one {supposed} late payment! My bill was due on the 18th and I made a payment on the 13th of $225 with $1000 in my bank account and for some unknown reason it bounced. I went camping and was out of service so had no idea until I got back and saw a letter telling me due to late payments they closed it on the 28th. I had a payment bounce with them before that, again, I had the funds for, but I had the time to notice and instantly paid; I now see that this is a random occurrence with the company that causes YOU to be at fault at any given time. I called and pointed out I have always made my payments on time, there was an obvious attempt to pay early, I have proof of funds in my bank statements, and I would be more than willing to make that payment and the next as good faith; but they still said there was nothing they could do and kept repeating it was due to late payments with ZERO help. I now have to call every time I want to make a payment and because my account is fully closed, I can't use anything online. I'm currently closing on a house and this has dropped my credit while making me look like I can't make payments so I'm in great potential to lose it all because of a faulty payment that was out of my control.
