This is the worst. Am so disappointed in Chase. Citibank is way better in terms of service. I uploaded all documents, yet they keep replying with the same questions and they keep asking for the same documents. Totally deceiving customers and misleading. I plan to file a complaint with the state consumer affairs.

I am beginning to think this is a scam as others have stated and will no longer be booking CHASE travel because of this (agree to go with AMEX). I had a trip cancelled due to weather. I uploaded all required documents. The company came back and asked me for documents that had already been uploaded. Then they ghosted me for over a month despite multiple emails and phone calls (the latter with consistently over 30 min wait times). I have called CHASE to tell them I will no longer be using their card because the protection they claim to offer is not really on offer on account of this company.

I submitted a claim for travel interruption as I am insured through my credit card CHASE SAPPHIRE. It has been 7 months since my claim was submitted and nothing came out of it yet. I have emailed them multiple times, each time the answer is like "we will contact you when review is done." I feel like cheated both by CHASE as I trusted their credit card claims and eclaimsline.

This company is a scam. I filed a claim for a trip delay more than 2 months ago. I submitted all the documents they asked for and they keep asking for the same documents that I have already submitted many times. It has reached a point where it is so obvious that they have been acting in bad faith. They have no intention whatsoever to meet their obligations. They hope that I would give up. I have contacted a few lawyers to see what my legal options are and I will also file a complaint with the proper state and federal agencies that deal with these issues. Chase sapphire reserve might also be involved in false advertising. They advertise a fake service that does not work when the cardholders need to use it. I am surprised nobody has sued chase and eclaimsline.

Hope you read that before using their "service" pure ripoff company. I was trapped into booking with a "flex option to easily reschedule the flight". When I did so I was asked to pay the new flight first and request a refund via eclaims. Of course I never saw my money back. They'll request extra documents which are next to impossible to get from the airline that you booked with, until you finally give up. It's month later, I'm still fighting, not willing to accept that injustice. Hopes are little though. They know their way around keeping what they promise.

I couldn't make a cruise trip on Jan 15 2022 due to COVID and submitted my claim about a week after, and it is still ongoing. They keep asking for the same document from the common carrier "indicating there is $0 credit left". They say all airlines have it, it is JetBlue's problem. I spoke with multiple CSR at JetBlue, they either say they would put in a request, they could not do it, or they put in a request and I got a copy of the receipt that kind of says $0. The 6th person I spoke with then says the insurance company should be the party doing the verification instead of me providing the letter with airline letterhead and stuff. I told the claims assistant that and they said they would put it through in June. Then July came and they left me a VM saying because I paid part of the cruise with AMEX, AMEX is primary provider and I have to claim through them. Thanks, after 6 months you are telling me this? I called with AMEX and was told the card does not include trip cancellation insurance. I uploaded my benefits agreement to eclaims in July and called to tell them that. When I followed up 3 weeks later, the rep acted like I didnt talk to them or uploaded anything and told me the same thing. Stupidly, I forgot that my AMEX card does not include the einsurance, nor did I purchase separate insurance and I verified with 6 AMEX reps to make sure. They confirmed they cannot provide a letter saying I did not purchase service from them. Again I relayed the information to eclaims. I am following up after 1 week now and the phone option does not even allow me to transfer to a rep when I put in my claim# saying more doc is needed. This is the worst procedure I have to go through. It seems like they are trying everything they can to deny or delay the claim, so it will be 365 days past the initial date.
