I could not have had a worse experience with this company. They will do anything in their power to not to have to pay you. Will ask for a ridiculous amount of documents. I got paid a small amount of what I should have been reimbursed. It took months. Wear them down and stick w it.

I had a very smooth claim experience, I submitted all required documentation online and was sent a refund check for the full amount within 2 months of my claim. After my initial submission EClaimsLine asked for more specific documentation and I uploaded it and it was reviewed. I was really worried after reading all of these negative reviews since I have the Chase Sapphire card and didn't research who actually processed the travel benefit claims. I am definitely relieved! I also found EClaimsLine to be easily reachable on the phone too for questions I had. Just make sure to have everything you need and a little patience goes a long way.

My claim is over 9 months old and they keep asking for the same items. Total scam!!!!

Honestly the worst. I actually find comfort in reading these reviews as I am clearly not alone. Spinning me in circles for months on a standard easy straightforward claim. So disingenuous. I have called about 7 times, waiting almost an hour each time. Have a claim pending since March and yet to hear back after promises to get back to me and that a claims examiner will call directly. That’s never happened after many promises. I am considering cancelling my Chase card over this

What can be said that hasnt already. A complete scam, they won't answer the phone, won't respond to emails, won't process your claim. I cancelled my Chase card because of them. Would strongly recommend to cancel all credit cards that use them.

Failed to process on my claim for 7 months when I called they said they couldn't do anything about it since its was over 120 days coverage time

Used to love my reserve card and use it all the time (over $200K per year for the last 5 years). Card benefit services ruined the travel benifits that were the best part about a card for someone like me who travels alot. What a shame. Canceld the card and moved on to another provider.

5 months and zero progress on my claim. Canceled travel because of an injury which is covered, the first couple months they kept requesting documents I had already submitted. Then not a word for several more months, I've used their "contact" page 4 times with ZERO replies to find out the status. You have to wait on hold for a minimum of an hour to talk to someone who will only tell me they will let the examiner know the documents are all there, but nothing actually happens and you just keep waiting and waiting. They will keep it in a state of perpetual "pending" or "suspended" until you give up. I've never been so frustrated in my life trying to get a company to pay what they owe.
