THE WORST COMPANY! I filed a claim with them 6 months ago. I have wasted hours and hours of my time trying to get them to process my claim. I have jumped through every single hoop and submitted everything they have asked me for, but I get nowhere with them. Every time I call or email them they say they will ask an adjuster to process my claim and it hasn’t happened after 24 phone calls and emails!
Added 1/31/24
I have already emailed the email address and the response many different times and my claim has still not been processed.

Sapphire Reserve trip cancellation is worthless! (Updated Review)
Used my Chase Sapphire Reserve, and have two trip cancellation claims pending with eclaimsline. Worthless and frustrating!! Repeated requests for the very same information I've already submitted. I submit letters providing detailed explanations, and they don't read them. They closed one claim for no reason, I'm fighting to get it reopened. In contrast, a recent trip cancellation claim through my American Express Platinum was processed (by AIG) quickly with no hassle. REady to dump my Sapphire Reserve (my primary card) and rely only on my Amex Platinum.
Update 1/18/24: as you can see, the eclaimsline helpdesk responded to my review, and asked me to contact them. I did so immediately. They reported that my claim was in "final review." A week later, still no action. I contacted helpdesk again. They responded quickly, but merely to report that the claims examiner was trying to determine whether the tour company in question would provide a credit for our canceled tour - even though months ago we provided all the info, including a letter from the tour company saying there would be zero refund. Eclaimsline continues to make excuses for not finalizing the claim, and keeps looking for reasons not to pay, when no such reasons exist. So excrutiatingly frustrating. Why Chase Sapphire Reserve outsources its travel insurance to elaimsline is a mystery, they should replace it immediately. Chase Sapphire Reserve customers are getting totally screwed with eclaimsline.

Unreliable
Our rental car company told us that they might file a claim against us after our rented vehicle stopped working. As a precaution we filled a claim with Card Benefit Services, which was rejected two times based on assumptions and not waiting for a written assessment and substantiated claim from the rental car company. Very unprofessional.

Submitted all necessary documents to…
Submitted all necessary documents to get refund from balance of cancelled cruise, (cruiseline promptly refunded 50 percent). Eclaims keeps asking for more stuff that doesn't exist. Phone line is useless. Very disappointed with this company.

Horrible service - Run Away
Horrible service. Don't get a Chase Reserve card assuming your travel problems will be sorted.
Service from Eclaimsline is horrible and pathetic. The agents don't understand what they are doing. They keep asking for the same docs over and over and do not bother to review and notice that those docs were already submitted!!
Basic stuff. Can't get it done. Absolutely horrible experience. I'm getting out of Chase Reserve once I'm up for my next annual renewal fee.
Stay away from Eclaimsline. Sorry to say but save your time and just don't file a claim.

This business is a complete scam
This business is a complete scam and it amazes me that they work with major credit card companies.
They try to run around helping you, make false claims about document uploads, and are extremely unhelpful. I have caught them in multiple lies, where different employees were giving me totally different stories. This company honestly should be shut down, a complete scam they are running

This company should be shut down
6/26/2023 I filed my claim for trip interruption insurance due to medical issues. I uploaded 31 documents into the E-Claims online claims system to substantiate my claim. Shockingly this was not enough toapprove my claim, and I was asked for additional documentation. I ultimately uploaded 15 more documents, for a grand total of 46 documents.
8/24/2023 I wrote E-Claims noting that I had uploaded requested documents three weeks prior (Aug 1) and that I hadn't been given any updates. I also asked if those documents reviewed and what was thestatus of the claim.
9/7/2023, I was notified I was awarded an amount significantly less than requested, and that I had only 48 hours to notify you how I would receive payment. I was not given an itemized list of expenses nor was I provided any explanation of how the amount was determined.
Also on 9/7/2023, I notified E-Claims that the claim amount awarded was wrong.
9/9/2023, I requested an itemized list of claims that were rejected or excluded. I was given a list of accepted expenses and rejections/exclusions that did not address the entire list of expenses I included in my claim.
9/9/2023 I responded to notifying E-Claims that amounts were wrong. I also asked what your appeals process was. Finally, I requested that E-Claims hold payment until everything was resolved.
My requests were ignored, and on 9/11/2023 the wrong payment was sent to me, against my request.
They have no appeals process, so instead I've been asked to file an entire new claim for the missing amount. Today I was given 1/5 of the money that is still owed to me, again without any itemization or explanation of amount.
Long story short, avoid this company. Chase and other credit card companies should cut ties with this company, as it reflects badly on them. And the BBB and the US Government should conduct an investigation into this company. I am already in touch with my Congressional office, who has reached out to E-Claims to begin the process.
