At first when submitting the claim online, it seemed challenging to find all the pieces of the required information. I didn't have the police report but submitted a document with the police report number on it, and that seemed to work, which I appreciated. After submitting the initial documents, I was only asked to submit one additional item, which was my cc statement that I paid the damages charge. I appreciated that I didn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get the claim approved. Thank you!!

This was an extreme issue - during the beginning of Covid. I had to cancel a trip due to illness (Covid or not was unknown because no Covid tests available). Once I completed the very complex procedures, I was told that my claim was approved - but because my airline had provided travel travel credits, I would have to wait until they expired. United continue to extend the travel credits until December 31, 2023, at which time I asked to have my case reopened, which they did, and I was paid within a couple weeks. What could have improved the experience? Easy. Card Benefit Services could have generated an agreement with United to cancel the travel credits, once the payment had been made. I had to wait nearly FOUR YEARS to get the payment!!! I am sure it would reduce your costs - you could possibly make arrangement with United to obtain the travel credits to be used for other claims you have. But, in the end, I did everything you asked me to do and (finally) I received the payment! I was persistent and you did your job! For a claim, you MUST follow the rules! THANK YOU FOR THE (long-awaited) payment!

I had booked a weekend trip and the hotel was nonrefundable. Unfortunately, severe weather, for which there were National Weather Service bulletins (that I saved) stating do not drive as it will be extremely dangerous. We were unable to leave in order to go on our trip. The request was simply to reimburse the loss on the hotel we booked for the weekend. Seemed to be a very clear situation. I uploaded receips and documentation of the storm, but about 8 working days later I received an email staing we did not incurr a financial loss therefore they are closing our claim. What?! I tried calling them multiple times but the line always disconnects so I can't reach an actual person. I've tried emailing without results. If I had known this service was worthless I would have bought supplemental trip insurance. I'm very upset with Chase that they condone this as a contracted business. I pay an annual fee for extra perks and this is just trash.

The claim was handled professionally, and expedited in a reasonable time and fashion. The specialist was courteous and helpful.

The rental car company took 95 day to call in the claim. The Chase CC took 30 days to get it all paid. I am not too tech but was able to figure out to send the large claim 23 Meg File provided by RCC, They Paid the RCC directly and the RCC sent me the release so all was a great feeling all was settled. (this was all accomplished over the Chrismas - New Year Holiday though it took 95 days Hertz did provide all the documents which was required in one email which in and of itself made the processing time smooth I am sure.

Much smoother process than I expected.

My claim went very smoothly and it was handled in professional way and to my complete satisfaction.

Although at times we would get requests for information that we had previously uploaded all our issues would be resolved. Yes, there were many hoops to jump through, but in the end it was worth it. We were charged by a crooked Avis car rental in Odense, Denmark and eclaims made sure we were taken care of. (I am shocked at the amount of bad reviews, because we certainly were pleased with the results)
