I was really happy with how that turned out, especially given other negative reviews. While the time to finalize the claim was a bit long (60-70 days), I didn't think that was outrageous. I especially appreciated receiving 2 calls from the specialist requesting additional forms and information - calling was really helpful, since I had the opportunity to ask clarifying questions and make sure I submitted exactly what was needed. I think that helped clarify and expedite the process and I was more comfortable that progress was being made. This is the only time I've utilized eclaims in many years of having the associated credit card, and I'm a little surprised that I received my full reimbursement for travel cancellation with relatively little hassle.
