I rented a car and my additional driver was struck by an uninsured driver while I was home in bed. My additional driver's insurance insurance company disclaimed liability they claimed their insured wasn't negligent and because I signed the rental agreement, I was responsible! My insurance company would have been stuck for $34,000 and it would have been a claim on my policy and I would have to pay an increased premium for the next 5 years! I have $1,000 deductible! And I wasn't even in the car! But because I had paid for the rental with my Chase Sapphire card, they covered EVERYTHING! Even my deductible!! That's right! For $100 a year, I was better off with them than my insurance company that I pay thousands to! From claim to payment took about 60 days. It took that long because I had to wait for a damage statement from the rental company. I wish I could give them 10 stars! I'm thrilled!

I made a claim for damage to a car that I rented. I submitted the claim online, and uploaded copies of paperwork. I then sent the claim number to Hertz who also called them. In less than a week, I received an email saying that the claim had been paid. I should say that I had a claim for travel interruption in 2019 (before Covid). It was miserable and took months. Maybe this is an outlier. Maybe I got lucky. Maybe they've gotten better. I'm not sure, but THIS time was great!

Quick response times on line and easy phone access. Took lots of paperwork, but well worth it. Very satisfied with end result.

worst company to deal with. My wife was supposed to travel we booked a flight through chase sapphire and unfortunately due accident we had to missed our flight. The claim was submitted back in October of 2023 and now today is march 10th the claim has not been approved. They are telling me that I should work with airline to provide a document that says flight was never refunded. I did worked with delta and delta has not given that information as of yet either which odd. Why would I file a claim if a refund was issued to me also the fact is that the e-claim services should have figured it out if they have worked with delta airlines they never got back to me until I bombarding there customer service calls. terrible service. I will be filling a lawsuit against this company for with holding my amount.
