I sat on a plane for 5 hours before the entire airport closed and United left us with no info on what options we had, only an automated your flight was canceled you've been rebooked for the next day. So we got the lowest cost airport hotel and waited for 24 hours. It came to my attention that the Chase card used had travel delay insurance. We looked up the claim link online, which is eclaims and filled out the online form and attached all the receipts and flight delay proof. Many weeks later, we got a phone call from an agent who had such a bad accent it was not understandable, but we responded to an email asking for the same documentation the 2nd time. Then weeks later the same email request asked for the same documents once again the 3rd time. This time we called and got the online run around, but with an actual English Speaker who said the same excuse we still don't have the documents needed. Chases's $600 a year card is the card that offers this benefit, and we used this same card to pay for expenses caused by the delay, but that did not matter, this eclaims company wants copies of receipts and airline documentation to prove we were delayed, but they are not clear WHAT form of proof they want so we sent everything. But they continue to delay and delay without valid reasons and only blame the customer or victim of a delay and use the "Oh our system may have lost your documentation" excuse United needs to step in or refund the $600 a year fee as we are not getting what we paid for or United claims is a service we paid for

In one word, I was AMAZED. You posted a "10 day" response period and the claim came through APPROVED with no additional requests in a shorter period of time. Admittedly, it was very clean cut...one payee and notes from doctor and emergency room and all the receipts BUT I somehow expected it to be a bit more frustrating. I am THRILLED and will use this card (along with my Allianz annual travel policy for ALL of our travel needs...at this point, between $30k and $50k per year.

I received funds from my claim within one week of it being settled. There was a glitch in that the original police report I sent did not contain all the necessary information. I was not notified but had to follow up on line to ascertain that an additional report was necessary and then follow up by phone.

I hit a pothole and destroyed a tire on my rental. I filed a claim. I was missing one item need to finalize the claim. I wasn't sure what was missing. I called and the agent quickly resolved the issue. I received my reimbursement within a week.

They are terrible to deal with. When you call it is impossible to talk to someone with authority. After reviewing and explaining the claim, had to do it six times, the agent says they understand. The next process is to send it to the "claims adjuster" who then denies the claim. They then ask for information that has already been submitted and the process starts all over again. The people answering the phones are unable to do anything other than pass it on. This company is worthless and I am surprised Chase Bank continues to use them. It was hard to believe all the bad reviews here and at the Better Business Bureau, but now I do. PLEASE use another credit card company that does not use eclaimes-line.com

i hit a coyote that ran in front of me in my rental car. i used the insurance coverage through my navy federal credit card for a cheaper rental cost. after the accident i was realy nervous after reading all the negitive reviews but it all worked out. the totol bill was paid and i had no issues. thank you

I would give these guys a 1 rating but they finally paid my claim after 11 months (and dozens of calls and emails and documents). So I give them a 2. Be persistent - call and email often. This worked for me.
