Honestly, this couldn't have been better or easier. I submitted the paperwork on Day 1 and on Day 8 received notification that it was paid in full. I didn't have to do anything or talk to anyone other than the initial submission. This was easily the most hassle-free insurance transaction I've ever experienced!

The length of tome to process the claim was rather long but was the overall handling was very acceptable. I felt taken care of and listened to.

Dreadful service. Endless lost documents. Many calls resulting in assurances that "we have everything we need" with no action. I am in month 10 pursuing a claim which I have been assured at least 5 times will "now go into final processing." All very courteous and helpful sounding. All ineffectual if not fraudulent. My one star rating is too high. These people should be put out of business.

Such a better experience than expected. After such a horrible rental with Surprice and finding out Chase Claims is through a third party, it was so refreshing to have positive experience. I really appreciated that I could speak to someone that was actually working on my claim, followed up, and helped finalize it. For me, it was worked out extremely well.

Outstanding SERVICE everything was smooth and easy, the worst part was the time that the rental car company took to evaluate the claim but was under the average time according to Google and friends, I highly reccomend this service that SAVES You a lot of money in car rental insurance.

I filed a claim for a fender bender in France for a rental car through Chase. Process was smooth, after sending the docs they asked me for more info which I provided. The only thing was it wasn't clear if I had to have the documents translated since they were in French. I translated them myself in the end as I speak French but it probably wasn't necessary, it just was not clear from when I spoke to the agent ("you can do it yourself or maybe we can do it". Since I wanted this to proceed fast, I did it myself.

Fairly straightforward process to file a claim online. I spoke with several representatives as it took almost three months to resolve this collision damage issue from Avis Ireland. I submitted everything the insurer wanted within a few weeks. It took much longer than it should have because e-claims wanted an itemized list of charges. This is totally reasonable but Avis Ireland customer service was terribly unresponsive and claimed that the insurance company never requested the information. I know that is false because e-claims copied me into the email request. I don't believe they ever responded to e-claims. Finally e-claims reimbursed me but it took much longer than it should have. I attribute this to Avis Ireland more than e-claims but if anything can be improved from e-claims, it would be to not wait for the auto rental company to supply them information if the customer has already done so. Nevertheless, I am happy with e-claims and I would not hesitate to use my Chase Sapphire card to secure auto rental collision insurance in the future.
