So thankful to have had this coverage through my credit card. The process was simple, straight forward, and quick to file. The length of time to get my refund was about 2 weeks or less--so happy to have gotten my check in the mail!

Filing my claim was easy and efficient. I am older and not as familiar using or trusting technology, however I was fairly amazed even I could file a claim. Thank you Eclaimsline!

I am glad they gave me an opportunity to give feedback and write a narrative besides answering the questions. Some of the questions and the answers were not the best compared to other surveys I occasionally respond to. I hope someone actually reads the narrative and addresses them and hopefully will be beneficial to members in the future.

Unclear and disorganized. Called the eclaimsline center and they scheduled a call for me to speak with an examiner to help me go over documents. Got a call back the next day with the rudest person I've ever dealt with. He gave a lot of attitude right away when I tried to speak and he said he repeatedly said couldn't hear me. Once he shuffled his phone around and said he could hear, I asked if I was speaking to my examiner and he responded with belittling replies; talking as if I was an idiot. It seemed like he was having a bad day and decided to take it all out on me. He raised his voice at me and cut me off whenever I asked questions to clarify information. Finally, when he said the wrong date for something and I asked if he meant "this date", he went quiet and hung up on me. Horrible. I've never experienced such unwarranted and unprovoked hostility before.

The instructions on the required documents were clear and reasonable. We got timely updates, and only one follow-up question. We were very pleased that we received the entire amount of our claim within less than a month of our filing.
