A lengthy process as they seem to ask for same documentation several times, but all e-mails and submittals were acknowledged and even though the customer representatives could not confirm or clarify much, they would have the claims examiner call me as they promised and he was always able to clarify the situation. I love having this card benefit so that I can decline the pricey rental car insurance. Though a process to file the claim, they did pay all the minor car damage costs I incurred.

I have NEVER received the level of awful customer service that I received from Card Benefit Services. What benefit/service?! I sent every single thing I was asked to send and it was never good enough: they couldn't read it, it was pixelated, they didn't receive it, etc. This is quite obviously their scheme - frustrate people to the point that they just give up. Even when I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager, they wouldn't connect me. What's my recourse?

Went very smooth as they had to wait on my auto policy to act then deal with the extra charges the rental car settlement companies try to tack on.

I did not think my claim would be paid. I thought this was a scam but I figured I would give it a shot. I am glad I did. They paid my claim and the process was pretty easy. I am very please and satisfied.

My rental car in Spain got a rock chip in our windshield while I was driving. Hertz charged by chase credit card $900 for a windshield replacement. Card benefit services reimbursed me in full. Process was fairly easy. I will always use this card for my car rentals.

Once I supplied all the requested documentation my claim was processed in a very timely and efficient manner. A representative even called to remind me to submit a document so as to expedite the claim. I have no complaints about the process. I think as long as the required documentation is submitted things will go smoothly.

Dear Chase Card Services, I wish to take this opportunity to thank you for resolving my dispute over tour expenses for a trip to Israel in October, 2023 that had to be cancelled. I especially wish to recognize two people who worked with me to resolve this dispute. The first person was Jesus, who was assigned as my advocate, from your corporate office. My apologies for not getting his last name. Also, the person that spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me, Ledy Candida with Allianz. Once I contacted the corporate offices for Chase, I was amazed how quickly this issue was resolved. Many thanks to the two people that I spoke with along with those in the background who worked hard to resolve this issue. I have been an cardholder of Chase credit cards for many years and will continue to utilize my Chase credit cards for purchases that I make in the future. Totaled the brand new Jeep $55,000 payout not a question asked took me about 20 minutes of uploading the necessary documents. Everyone that has bad reviews just doesn’t know how to follow instructions. Thank you very much Chase Bank.
