Very fair to work with! We have had to file two claims over the years and each time the service was professional and satisfactory. The online portal was easy to navigate and track status of my claim!

I went to the website and it asked for my airline carrier, which was not in their data base. I called, the operator was unable to assist. She hung up. I have tried calling again and they say they will email me documents but they never do. This is a shady company and I do not know why Chase will rely on them. Mind you, this was for a small claim ($300) and the process to file a claim is designed to be difficult so you give up. I have never had problems with other insurance providers; this was a new experience.

I am having the same issues as so many others who have already commented on TrustPilot. I travel all the time and therefore specifically use Chase Sapphire as my primary credit card. After having been a loyal customer for many years, I recently had to file my first travel delay claim. The claim is straight forward, meets all the criteria and I have provided all required and requested documents. Despite providing the required documents multiple times, Eclaimsline keeps asking for the same documents again and again. When I call and speak to a live person at Eclaimsline (both customer service and the claims adjusters ) they confirm that they have received the documentation they need, yet a few days later I receive another request for the same documents again. It’s truly unfathomable. One rep suggested that perhaps they requested one document multiple times because I had only circled the related travel delay charges on the provided credit card statement and they should be highlighted as well. Seriously, the claims adjusters need the applicable charges to be BOTH circled and highlighted for the document to be considered? And how are we supposed to know that? They’ve also asked that I provide the ages of my two children, which I’ve done numerous times, both over the phone and in a written attestation yet they claim that they still don’t know my children’s ages. I finally sent them copies of my children’s passports even though it’s not required (I don’t know what else to do). This has been the most frustrating experience one can imagine. In comparison, my parents who experienced exactly the same travel delay (we were all together) had no issues whatsoever and received compensation quickly with no frustrations (of course handled by a different company). I am starting to believe that Chase Eclaimsline is operating in bad faith and is intentionally delaying the benefits that I am entitled to. Chase is also at fault for outsourcing services to this company without better oversight. Chase is advertising and promising travel benefits to attract customers yet it appears near impossible to actually receive the benefits once a claim is filed. It’s misleading at best. Next step I will file a complaint with the Dept of Ins and the CFPB. Potential customers considering the Chase Sapphire Cards for the travel protection benefits should be aware of these difficulties and consider other options.

Very easy process to get my claim (regarding broken windshield on a rental car) processed and approved. I submitted online what documents I had at that time and they took care of following up with the car rental company. I didn't have to do anything but sit back and wait for updates. They sent a check to the rental car company without me having to do anything more. The whole process took less than 4 weeks.

Process was super smooth. Auto collision claim was approved in a timely manner once all the proper paperwork was submitted.

We went through a personal medical emergency and had to cancel our trip. After providing all the documents, they are still making it tedious and painful to keep following up more than a month after to beg for fulfilling the claim. I am disappointed in CHASE !! If anyone from Chase is looking at this, please fix this or else say good bye to a Sapphire Reserve customer. I don't know if it's a big scam or not but i'm very close to believing it and write more scathing reviews for CHASE as well.

We rented a condo in the mountains and couldn't get there because of the snowstorm. I-70 was completely closed that day. We missed one night and drove the next day. I requested to be reimbursed for the night we had to miss, and after submitting the receipts and evidence of the highway closure received my money back. Just be patient and responsive, send all the copies, and your trip will be covered. Ours was purchased with Sapphire. I give 4 stars because it took me 4 months in back and forth correspondence, but the bottom line was great.

All communications with Card Benefit Services were timely, polite and professional. The claim process was easy to understand and complete.
