My experience with Carda Health
My experience with Carda Health has been wonderful and rewarding. Allyson’s kind spirit and passion for helping me with the program was just what I needed to accomplish the weekly goals I was aiming for in the program.

wow i feel so much better when i stared…
wow i feel so much better when i stared my workout with carda health.. Donna was great always with a smile ready to help.

CardaHealth is keeping me on track
I have been working with CardaHealth for about 2 months and it has been such a positive experience. I'm especially grateful for Donna G. Who has stuck with me, encouraged me, helped me navigate the "extra", independent sessions and following up on all my questions. She adds additional extra sessions as I progress. The training videos are very good as they allow me to go through each exercise at my own level while encouraging me to pay attention to my breathing and my body. I've also taken advantage of some of the educational sessions. I am extremely grateful that I was introduced to this program! Maggie B

It keeps me moving…
It keeps me moving and I get to monitor my blood pressure. My coach Donna is very proficient. She asked me what she needs to and she’s there when I need her. I would recommend Carda Health to Cardiac patients. And if they get Donna for a coach, they will enjoy her.

I am 74 years old and I have COPD.
I am 74 years old and I have COPD. I found out about Carda Health on social media, but, I have been telling all my doctors about this program and that they should be telling everyone about it as well! I loved the exercises and they honestly did make me a lot stronger . I learned to breathe more effectively. My body feels more like the old me again! My mentors were Morgan and at the end, Mikayla. I loved them both ! They were so perfect for that job. Encouraging and helpful and funny and kind. I feel like they were my friends. I am ever so grateful for both of them . I was also very impressed with all the equipment they send you. Covered all the bases. Computer , oxygen ring, blood pressure cuff , heart monitor, it was all there. Easy breezy. I highly recommend this program no matter how bad you think you are feeling ,you will feel better after doing this program! It’s not too hard but just pushes you to do more than you are now. I was hesitant about joining the…
I was hesitant about joining the program and having to talk to people along the way. But my experience was totally opposite of what I thought it would be. And a big thank you to Jordon T for guiding me through this, he made it easy. He was so thorough with everything and talking to him was like talking to somebody I’ve known for years. And everything I said to him or told him, he made it important to him. It made me feel like he cared and that I was important. Jordon was also very helpful and supportive of me to quit smoking. I cannot thank him enough. And thank you to the whole Carda team.
