the treatment was fine BUT, they tell you they bill medicare, i ended up with a $457.00 dollar charge i was not told about all the charges they add on after your sessions, glad i quit when i did. dont do this service, quite a rip off.

Carda Health is a BAIT & SWITCH scam. Carda Health telephone reps calmly and politely but relentlessly promote that MediCare takes care of its costs but this is NOT TRUE. MediCare covers 80%, and YOU PAY $20 per each session. That's $60 per week; $240 per month. That's over $3,000 a year ( not counting cost for all their equipment they'll charge you). Plus it's all pre-recorded exercises that your "trainer" has you press "play" for you to exercise to. There's MINIMAL live interaction of the same patter to give the impression this is a caring, health-driven enterprise. RUN or HANG-UP when Carda Health reps do their "polite" calls.

Trying to talk to the billing department is absolutely impossible I only have a small phone I work on I do not want to be back and forth with an agent on my phone I want to speak to someone about my bill this has happened to me before they are the worst to get in touch with especially when it comes to your money so people be careful

They are not honest. Told me my cost per session would be $5.00, then sent monthly statement at $59. per session. After numerous discussions, they agreed to the $5 fee for sessions completed with $59 fee for remaining sessions. I advised i could not afford that and would have to terminate they agreed to return my deposit as I was not at fault for error in pricing. Deposit never returned and all messages regarding same have been denied by Carda Health.

Received a start up kit back in April. Haven't hear a word from no one. Horrible customer service. Left 3 messages and 2 emails - nothing. STAY AWAY. Already shipped my starter kit in. Never again. No communication whatsoever.

I agreed to try the program over the phone and on March 13th the $29 fee was debited from my card. I had called them back on that same day that I'd changed my mind and I had the UPS stop shipment of my starter kit so it was returned to them. I have requested a refund since that day and again on March 27th but still no refund. I messaged again today and if no refund comes in a week i will be reporting to the BBB.
