I gave carda a try. It was never explained that they would be so intrusive. I just wanted to see if I could build some strength. I sent back all their equipment 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my $10.

Well they did send out the equipment fairley timely but I think I did not here from them for about a month. I was told it was because I needed a physician referral which was not what was presented to me when I signed up. I was told just take this quiz and thats it. That was I believe in February. Since I did not hear from them I stopped taking my blood pressure reading and the oxygen ring. I misplaced my oxygen ring and had to pay 78 dollars for a new one. Well tomorrow I have my first meeting with the exercise physiolgist 3 months after I signed up. Between yesterday and today I got 6 calls to confirm. Again and again I told them I already confirmed thru message and text. I have the tablet where you can click on next session which shows nothing for past or next. That leaves me puzzled as to why it would not let me just confirm there instead of so many phone calls.
